Cape Neddick Inn

(York, Maine)

Recently my husband and I had dinner at the Cape Neddick Inn located on Route One in York. The food was wonderful and the selections many and varied.

There was everything from lobster and many fish entrees as well as a good selection of non seafood entrees (non seafood entrees can be hard to find in a beach community!). In addition to the elegant menu there is a "Casual Fare" menu with such items as meatloaf, burgers, and fish and chips.

We had almond encrusted brie with mango chutney and garlic crostini for an appetizer. It was incredible! Our entrees were equally good.

The atmosphere is lovely; large stone fireplace, linen tablecoths, etc.

I would highly recommend the Cape Neddick Inn!
